Full Two-Year Part and Labor Warranty

We stand behind our product, so you can stand in front of yours!

It is our goal to provide your facility with the highest quality service and reliability. To ensure your complete confidence in MedRecon Surgical Tables, MedRecon offers a full two-year surgical table Warranty including shipping costs, free loaner tables and follow-up support should the table have to be removed from service.

Every MedRecon OR table is guaranteed for two years under normal operating conditions. Damage or misuse of the table by the customer is not covered by this Warranty. During this two year period, should your table fail for any reason MedRecon will repair your table for complete satisfaction. The MedRecon OR Table Two-Year Warranty includes full parts and labor. In most cases the MedRecon Warranty exceeds the warranty on new tables.

Most vendors are simply servicing and repairing OR tables and selling that surgical table as reconditioned with a 90-day warranty. MedRecon disassembles the entire table and completely rebuilds that surgical table from the ground up. MedRecon certifies the entire surgical table from head to toe for two-years from date of service.

MedRecon also carries full Product Liability Insurance on every table we rebuild and sell. Insurance to protect the patient, hospital staff and facility from physical or financial damage should a failure occur.
